We take immense care in preparing and delivering each order. As our products are freshly made and perishable, all sales are final once delivered. However, our team is committed to resolving any quality concerns promptly and fairly.
1) Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds or replacements are available only for orders with verified issues, such as incorrect items, significant damage, or spoilage upon arrival.
- Requests must be made within 4 hours of delivery and accompanied by a description and photo evidence.
- Items that have been opened, consumed, or altered after delivery cannot be refunded.
2) Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns of food or beverages for health and safety reasons. We also do not process returns for custom event menus, specialty orders, or personalized products.
3) Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
- If the payment method cannot be reversed, a store credit or company cheque may be issued instead.
- Refunds are always issued minus applicable cooking, service, or delivery fees.
4) Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

- We may request additional details or photos to assess the issue accurately.

Windsor Table reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility. While we uphold strict quality control, we also believe in fairness — if an issue arises from our side, we will always make it right.
